How to Use Zucast
Live Webcast
- Please provide accurate registration information for follow-up contact and identification during online Q&A (if available).
- If the sound stops during the live stream, check your internet or try refreshing the page.
- If the playback bar flashes and shows 'No Live Streaming', it means the player is attempting to reconnect. Please wait for the stream to resume or try refreshing the page. If the meeting has started but you still cannot watch, please try the following:
1. Switch your phone to mobile data.
2. Check for strict company firewalls, or connect to a mobile hotspot. - If slide control is enabled by the speaker, slides sync with the presentation; otherwise, you may browse freely.
- On mobile, press the play button beneath the slide after it appears.
- If online Q&A is available, you can submit questions at any time during the webcast.
Webcast Replay
- Please enter correct registration information to facilitate contact with the host.
- If the sound stops during the live stream, check your internet or try refreshing the page.
- If slide control is enabled, slides sync with the presentation; you may also jump directly by clicking slides. Otherwise, browse freely.
- On mobile, press the play button beneath the slide after it appears.
- To save a PDF (if provided), click the “Download” tab.
Listening to Zucast
- Zucast uses modern streaming and supports most mainstream browsers.
- Supported: Firefox 50+, Safari 9+, Chrome 46+, Edge (last two versions), Opera 48+.
- For best stability and audio quality, we recommend Google Chrome.
- If issues persist, email support@mz-asia.com with your browser and OS versions.
- If corporate networks block playback, try a personal connection and ask IT to allow *.zucast.com.
- macOS Safari: go to “Safari → Settings for This Website → Auto-Play → Allow All Auto-Play”.
