如何正確使用 Zucast ?

使用網路直播 (Live Webcast)

  • 請填寫正確註冊資料,以利活動主辦機構與您進一步聯絡,並在線上 Q&A (如有提供) 進行時辨識閣下身份。
  • 畫面或聲音出現之前,通常會視您的硬體規格及系統業者所提供頻寬穩定度而有短暫的「緩衝處理」的時間,請耐心等待。
  • 收看直播時,如講者設定控制翻頁,投影片會跟著講者的簡報實況同步轉換;如講者無設定控制翻頁,投影片可自由翻頁檢視。
  • 若於行動裝置上收聽,請於活動頁開始後(看到投影片)按下投影片下方播放按鈕 ►
  • 若活動提供線上 Q&A,您可以在直播進行時隨時輸入問題,主辦機構將按議程安排作答。

使用網路重播 (Webcast Replay)

  • 請填寫正確註冊資料,以利活動主辦機構與您進一步聯絡。
  • 畫面或聲音出現之前,通常會視您的硬體規格及系統業者所提供頻寬穩定度而有短暫的「緩衝處理」的時間,請耐心等待。
  • 收看重播時,如講者設定控制翻頁,投影片會跟著講者的簡報實況同步轉換,用戶亦可點播投影片直接跳到特定片段;如講者無設定控制翻頁,投影片可自由翻頁檢視。
  • 若於行動裝置上收聽,請於活動頁開始後(看到投影片)按下投影片下方播放按鈕 ►
  • 若希望保存簡報之 PDF 檔,可點選頁籤「Download」選擇下載該簡報 (如主講者方有提供)

該如何正常收聽Zucast?

  • Zucast採用先進的串流技術,相容於市面幾乎所有瀏覽器
  • 若您無法正常收聽可能有以下幾點須注意
    • 相容瀏覽器:Internet Explorer 11+,Mozilla Firefox 50+,Safari 9+,Chrome 46+,Edge最新的兩個版本,Opera 48+
    • 為求收聽品質穩定,我們強烈建議使用Chrome瀏覽器
    • 若您仍無法收聽,請來信 support@mz-asia.com,告知您的瀏覽器與作業系統版本,我們將盡力給您協助
    • 試著用公司以外的網路聽取(如手機),若公司網段無法聽,請聯絡您的網管人員確認 *.zucast.com 網域與串流未做過濾機制
    • MAC上Safari無法撥放問題: 點選Safari,找到找[此網站的設定],於自動撥放欄位改成[允許所有自動撥放]

How to correctly use Zucast

Live Webcast

  • Please fill in your correct registration information to facilitate further contact with the event host and to identify when conducting an online Q&A (if provided).
  • Before an image or sound appears, there will often be a temporary period of buffering depending on the bandwidth stability provided by your hardware specifications and operating system. Please wait patiently.
  • When watching live broadcasts, if the speaker sets a control page, the presentation slides will be synced with the speaker's live presentation. If the speaker does not set a control page, the slides can be viewed freely.
  • To listen on a mobile device, press the play button (►) below the slide when the active page starts (slide is visible).
  • If the event provides an online Q&A, you can submit a question at any time during the live event and the host mechanism will make arrangements according to the schedule.

Webcast Replay

  • Please fill in the correct registration information to facilitate further contact with the event host mechanism.
  • Before an image or sound appears, there will often be a temporary period of buffering depending on the bandwidth stability provided by your hardware specifications and operating system. Please wait patiently.
  • When watching a replay, if the speaker set a control page, the slides will be synced with the presentation. The user can also click on the slides to jump to specific clips. If the speaker did not set a control page, the slides can be viewed freely.
  • To listen on a mobile device, press the play button (►) below the slide when the active page starts (slide is visible).
  • If you wish to save a PDF of the presentation, you can click the "Download" button to download the presentation (if available).

How to correctly listen to Zucast

  • Zucast uses the latest streaming technology and is compatible with all web browsers on the market.
  • If you are unable to listen properly, please check the following:
    • Supported browsers:Internet Explorer 11+, Mozilla Firefox 50+, Safari 9+, Chrome 46+, Edge latest two versions, Opera 48+
    • For sound quality and stability, we strongly recommend using Google Chrome.
    • If you still cannot listen to Zucast, please email support@mz-asia.com and let us know your web browser and operation system. We will do our best to help you.
    • Try using a non-work device (e.g. mobile). If you cannot listen with corporate network, please contact your network administrator to confirm that the *.zucast.com domain and stream are not being filtered.
    • Safari cannot play on MAC : Click Safari > Settings for This Website in the menu bar. Click the dropdown next to "Auto-Play" and choice "Allow All Auto-Play".
